The challenge
Years of incremental changes had left Wildfern Ceramics with a product that felt inconsistent. The goal was to bring everything back to a single, clear idea.
Our approach
Our focus was on design system first. Get that right and everything else has something to hang from.
We began by listening — workshops, site visits and long conversations with the people closest to the work. A few recurring themes quickly became the backbone of the project.
The outcome
The project was completed in summer 2023. Feedback from Wildfern Ceramics and the people who use it every day has been overwhelmingly positive.
