Kestrel Museum

Years of incremental changes had left Kestrel Museum with a product that felt inconsistent. The goal was to bring everything back to a single, clear idea.

Our focus was on design system first. Get that right and everything else has something to hang from.

We worked in short, open cycles, sharing rough ideas early and often. Keeping the Kestrel Museum team close to the process made the final decisions feel obvious.

The work has since been featured in several design publications, but what we're proudest of is how naturally Kestrel Museum has made it their own.
